Manithali.com discharges its obligations to you by the rendering of its services to you; or the termination of the membership is by either Manithali.com or you.

Paid Memberships
Validity of your paid membership is based on months (3, 6, 12 etc)

Privity of Membership
Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any concerned matrimonial advertisement in our website. Our site is not responsible for any wrong information which the clients supply to us and so displayed on our website. The authenticity of the information mentioned above shall be strictly enquired by the registered members.

Online Conduct
You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through Manithali.com’s services. So, please ensure that you do provide only the actual facts. You should not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of Manithali.com's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

Manithali.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

Manithali.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one.
If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", “Friendship" etc.

Manithali.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. Manithali.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.

REFUND OF FEE
If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Medium of Interchange of Information
Besides the provision of services, Manithali.com acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that Manithali.com will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. Manithali.com is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof.

Termination of Membership
Manithali.com reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable. If the party is willing to terminate/delete/modify their data from the site, they are free to do so during the contract period. The data will be automatically terminated/deleted after the service/contract period.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Once registered, Manithali.com reserves the right to publish the matrimonial advertisements of the candidates in newspapers/periodicals etc. either in the name of Manithali.com or in the name of its sister concerns. No members become eligible by registering, to advertise their data in newspapers or any other media, provided the members requests for the same and do make the required payments in advance for the same to us.
Once the marriage is fixed/finalized, the registered candidate itself can delete his/her personnel information from our website, to avoid further contacts/confusions from the other registered parties side.

APPLICABLE LAW
The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Thrissur, Kerala and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be subjected to jurisdiction of courts at Thrissur only. By taking registration, the members hereby agree to wave their right to choose to file or make any complaints/suits etc. at any other courts other than Thrissur. Manithali.com also reserves to itself the right to change any terms and conditions mentioned above and the same shall be binding on the members.
